We’re pleased to share details of the upcoming term of Dancing Well with Parkinson’s, a wonderful initiative led by Dance Theatre of Ireland. These classes are open to all, and new participants are very welcome – whether attending on your own, with a friend, a carer, or a family member.

Both the online and in-person sessions encourage range of movement, rhythm, musicality, expression, and most importantly, social connection through modern dance sequences set to great music, all in a joyful and welcoming atmosphere.
