DESCRIPTION:EOPD is proud to highlight the excellent support available through Move4Parkinson’s—an inspiring organisation founded by Margaret Mullarney in November 2011\, following her own diagnosis with Parkinson’s in 2004.  \n\n\n\nThrough her journey\, Margaret recognised the power of activity\, peer connection\, and self-management in enhancing the lives of People with Parkinson’s (PwP’s). Move4Parkinson’s equips PwP’s\, their families\, and carers with resources\, guidance\, and a vibrant community to help manage symptoms and uplift wellbeing. \n\n\n\nOffering a wide variety of programmes—including exercise classes\, choirs\, and one-to-one singing—Move4Parkinson’s supports improved quality of life through informed\, active self-management.
