DESCRIPTION:Following the massive success of our previous Mindfulness & Wellbeing series\, we are delighted to introduce a brand new six-week block for our community\, beginning Thursday\, June 4th at 7:00pm – 8:00pm and continuing weekly throughout June and July 2026. \n\n\n\n\nRegister Now \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLed by the incredible Lorraine McDonnell\, this series will offer a supportive and uplifting space focused on mindfulness\, meditation\, breathwork\, and cultivating positivity. \n\n\n\nOver six weeks\, Lorraine will guide participants through interactive and engaging sessions\, each designed to support mental wellbeing\, build resilience\, and provide practical tools that can be carried into everyday life. \n\n\n\nThis course is about creating space — space to pause\, to connect\, and to focus on your wellbeing alongside others who understand the journey. \n\n\n\nWhat to expect:\n\n\n\n\nWeekly guided sessions with a fresh and engaging approach\n\n\n\nPractical tools to support mental health and resilience\n\n\n\nA welcoming\, supportive community environment\n\n\n\n\n✨ This course is fully funded by EOPD Ireland and is free to attend for members and non members alike as well as family and carers of individuals living with EOPD.  \n\n\n\nNow more than ever\, prioritising mental health is essential — and we’re proud to offer this opportunity to our community. \n\n\n\nAbout Lorraine\n\n\n\nLorraine is described as “a beacon of hope and resilience\, dedicated to empowering individuals through the art of storytelling”\, guiding participants on a journey toward healing and strength.  \n\n\n\nIrish born and residing in Scotland\, Lorraine is a motivational speaker\, budding writer and well-being consultant. BSc qualified in Business Management and Marketing; Qualified Nutritionist and Wim Hof Instructor. She is proud to be the first female Wim Hof Instructor in Scotland and first Level 2 Instructor. She is one of a small group of instructors around the world who is qualified to run Wim Hof Winter Expeditions. Her career is primarily focused on helping people to feel better within themselves. She openly shares her inspirational story of empowerment.
