Move4Parkinson’s equips PwP’s\, their families\, and carers with resources\, guidance\, and a vibrant community to help manage symptoms and uplift wellbeing. \n\n\n\nOffering a wide variety of programmes—including exercise classes\, choirs\, and one-to-one singing—Move4Parkinson’s supports improved quality of life through informed\, active self-management.
