Move4Parkinson’s have pilot classes in July.
The Physio based class and Tai Chi will be facilitated by Nisha Jeawon, physiotherapist, and will be held on Wednesday 10th July 2024, at three different times;
- Belarmine Community Centre at 11am
- Belarmine Communitu Centre at 2pm
- Castleknock Community Centre at 5pm
