UCD are looking to recruit older people who receive some level of assistance/care with activities of daily living to take part in a 12 week online exercise and nutrition programme, and includes two online, group-based exercise classes a week designed to build strength and improve physical functioning.
This study will investigate the effects of a protein drink plus an exercise programme on adults (70+) who are at risk of sarcopenia and are receiving care at home. Sarcopenia is when a person loses their strength and muscle mass.
