About the Speaker

Dr. Conor Fearon is a consultant neurologist at the Dublin Neurological Institute and St. Vincent’s University Hospital, specializing in movement disorders. With a background in engineering and medicine, he earned a PhD in neural engineering from Trinity College Dublin, focusing on gait freezing in Parkinson’s. He completed a prestigious fellowship in movement disorders at Toronto Western Hospital and now leads research on biomedical signal processing, developing noninvasive biomarkers to improve diagnosis, monitoring, and care for Parkinson’s Disease.
