Brown Soda Bread secret recipe

You will need

                            1 ½ lb Extra Coarse Brown Flour

                             4 oz Bran

                             2 oz wheat germ

                             Seeds to your taste (I tend to put in a full bag of seeds)

                             Two tea spoons Bread Soda

                             4 oz butter

                             1 liter butter milk

                             3 eggs

Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowel

Melt the butter in the microwave

Mix in the butter until it is all absorbed by the dry ingredients

Beat the eggs

Add the eggs and buttermilk and mix through

Bake in preheated 180 dg C  oven for 60 minutes

Cool on wire rack
