Annual General Meeting 2026

We are pleased to invite all registered members to attend the EOPD Ireland Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026. The meeting will take place on Friday, 25 September 2026 at 2:30pm at The Guinness Enterprise Centre, Taylor’s Lane, Dublin 8, D08 ET2R with the option for members to also join online via Zoom.

• Online Proxy Form – If you are unable to attend the AGM, we kindly ask you to complete and submit a proxy form. This will help ensure that the meeting has the required quorum.

• Minutes of the 2025 AGM – held on 12 September 2025

• Financial Statements – for the twelve-month period ending 31 December 2025, as approved by the Board.

Registering Your Attendance

The AGM will also be broadcast online, allowing members who are unable to attend in person the opportunity to participate remotely.
