EOPD.ie Annual General Meeting are holding our AGM on Friday 6th September in Rua Red South Dublin Arts Centre, Tallaght Dublin 24 (last stop on Luas Red Line). EOPD.ie membership is required to attend the AGM.
The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is:
- To approve the minutes of Annual General Meeting of 16th June 2023,
- Ordinary resolutions
a. That the Financial Statements for the financial period ended 31
December 2023 be considered
b. To authorise the Board to fix the remuneration of the Accountants
of the Charity
c. To re-appoint Ciaran Bolger as a director
d. To re-appoint John Kernan as a director
e. To re-appoint Fiona Staunton as a director
f. To re-appoint Joe Condon as a director
g. To re-appoint Michelle Todman as a director
h. To re-appoint Freda Cunningham as a director
i. To re-appoint Evin Conway as a director - To transact any other business which may be properly transacted at an
Annual General Meeting.
